How is making the ‘peripheral roles more prominent than the titular characters’ a good thing? This show was far too long and a mess from beginning to end. The play confused most of the young audience members who would be better off catching the Leo and Claire film. Indulgent, arrogant, pointless, one of the worst shows this year. Not even the wonderful Michaela Cantwell could save it.
