Adelaide Oval: Redevelopment Looking Increasingly Shaky

Last night’s SACA members’ information meeting produced little new information for members on what exactly this redevelopment will mean for them and cricket in this State. With most of the snazzy graphics shown by the architect drawn with a football layout on the oval, there is little wonder why cricket followers are increasingly nervous about both what happens to cricket on the main oval itself and what is in it for them when it comes to football.

Adelaide Gang Show: Pure Gold – Scott Theatre

This year saw the Adelaide Gang Show reach its half century mile-stone with a performance titled Pure Gold. The show included a blend of musical numbers and short skits, with performers from as young as 6 years old throwing themselves enthusiastically into a range of roles.These kids obviously get a lot out of the experience and will keep coming back in future years. The Scouts should be commended for fostering the joy of performance in the young.
