FRINGE – Music – Ian Moss – Garden of Unearthly Delights

Ian Moss, one of Australia’s iconic rock musicians having been guitarist for Cold Chisel as well as solo performer, had two jamming sessions at the Spiegeltent.

Having one of the longest queues on Saturday night, it was amazing how many fans could fit into the Spiegeltent.

After a few oldies to warm up, Ian got the crowd going with some sing along starting with ‘Choir Girl’ through to finishing off with a boys vs girls competition suitably singing ‘Saturday Night’. The competition was declared a draw.

Ian, who’s latest album, Soul on West 53rd is available now, is through and through a rock guitarist and kept the crowd delighted right until organisers had to step in and call last song. The bass may have been a bit too heavy however Ian got the fans of many age groups energized with some getting up and dancing to the side of the stage.
