FRINGE – Philip Escoffey – Six More Impossible Things Before Dinner – Garden of Unearthly Delights

After a sold-out Adelaide Fringe 2010 Philip Escoffey is back with Six More Impossible Things Before Dinner, at the Umbrella Revolution in The Garden of Unearthly Delights until March 13.

Would I describe the show as amazing, astounding, mind blowing, masterful, unbelievable or outright impossible? After having seen this entertaining show I’m sure Philip will tell me the words I’m going to use before I even think of them.  Is Philip talented, gifted, a freak, a mind reader, a manipulator, a psychic or outright a cheat? Interestingly Philip does not claim to be any of these.

If you are a sceptic, how much proof is it going to take to turn you into a believer? I must utter a word of warning here. If you are a sceptic and want to stay a sceptic then do not go and see this show. You may turn into a believer and as a minimum you will have doubts. Doubts that what you experienced was real, if it really happened or did you just awaken from a sleep having had an amazing dream. Did you just witness the impossible?

Philip asked us not to disclose details about his performance and somehow I feel very compelled to follow his request.  One thing I will say Six More Impossible Things Before Dinner is a must see show. You will walk away from this experience seeing possibilities in the impossible.
